Emotions can swing wildly, and the more you want to pass, the more extreme they can be. It’s not unusual to start having dreams in which you’re piloting an out-of-control, brakeless bike at extreme speed through a busy shopping centre in the nude, often while being pursued by angry members of your immediate family. The previous record was 816, for 2011/12.
